enCompass is guided by a passionate, volunteer Board of Directors, bringing together a dynamic mix of community voices and diverse expertise. Our Board provides leadership and direction to the CEO and oversees the agency’s strategic direction. The Board adds value by shaping and contributing to a strategy that the CEO operationalizes and delivers. Board members act honestly and in good faith, with a view towards the best interests of the agency and the individuals and communities enCompass serves. Our Board exercises care, diligence and skill in living its role, including understanding the agency’s unique context and the space in which we operate. All board members serve as ambassadors for the agency, ensuring enCompass stays rooted in community needs and opportunities.
