The Alternatives to Detention Community Case Management and Supervision Program is a risk-based community release program that serves as an alternative to detention. enCompass delivers the program on behalf of Canada Border Services Agency. We are responsible for providing eligibility assessments, completing enrolment, developing case plans and conducting compliance reviews.

Assistance with meeting court-ordered electronic monitoring conditions were provided 123 times for Alternatives to Detention clients. (2024)
