This FREE program aims to address the issue of prolific/complex offending. IOM follows the principles of Wraparound Services and Risk Need and Responsivity best practice to establish a support team that will work together to plan around the client’s individual needs and create an integrated plan for change.

To provide additional resources required to support prolific/complex offenders upon release, with a focus on community safety.
